Meet our camp brewer, Ed Collazo, owner of City Built Brewery. Although the brewery may be only going on three years old,  Ed Collazo and I have been friends for over a decade. Both passionate for family, friends, food, and of course, beer, has cemented a friendship few can boast. City Built is a testament to what a community driven business can do. From a family driven atmosphere, to its food steeped in Edwin Collazo’s Puerto Rican heritage, you feel like you walked into your abuela’s home. (That’s Grandma in Spanish!) Don’t worry, the brewer is just as passionate, friendly, and animated as the Chef!!
