Julia said it best and I use those words as a foundation to help motivate teams needing a refresher. Motivating people is the most important skill when it comes to leadership. My mantra in the kitchen is: Listen to Chef, Work Hard, and Have Fun! I present this as a metaphor to motivate teams outside the kitchen as well.
