When it comes to jumping in front of a photo, video, or microphone nothing has changed for this Chef since High School! When you are so passionate about your field, you have so much to say. Of course I have to give all my gratitude to all the great journalists/talent for letting me on their shows/articles and huge apologies to the producers for always going over my time! In all seriousness, our media outlets are the best in the country with the way they connect our amazing community. I would never have the confidence without all the experience the media has given me.
